Ensure your item is eligible for return; coffee beans are generally non-returnable, but equipment and apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original box with all included accessories and documentation to ensure it arrives back to us in sellable condition.
Ship and Refund
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at the designated carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
